Dispatch & Carriers

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 business hours, Monday through Friday.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Cainiao, 4PX, LTEXP, or DHL.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

Most products are manufactured or stocked in China. Due to current tariffs, most items are stored in our Chinese warehouse to help keep prices down — savings we pass directly to our customers. If you have a question about stock availability at a specific location, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Customs & Border Delays
International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays. Please allow an additional 10 business days. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Due to recent tariff changes and international policy shifts, border delays may be more frequent. We will inform you of any expected interruptions to your order.
Force Majeure
Natural disasters, global disruptions, or political events may impact delivery times. We will always communicate proactively should delays arise.
Delivery Responsibility

Once your package is delivered to your shipping address, Guild Manor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct — customers are responsible for re-delivery or return costs due to errors.
Damaged Goods on Arrival

If damage is visible, refuse the delivery and photograph the box.

If discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.

We will replace damaged parts or provide a full replacement if necessary.

Broken glass, bent frames, or minor cosmetic flaws are not considered defects but will be resolved with part replacements.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Free returns for store credit. If requesting a refund to the original payment method, customer must pay return shipping.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom, special, final sale, resale/open box items, and accessories (e.g., bulbs) are not eligible.

Furniture and large items are not returnable. In the event of damage or defect, a partial refund or replacement part may be offered.
Return Process

Include photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and address.

Return the product within 7 days of approval.

Include tracking and insurance on the shipment.
Items returned without approval will not be processed.
Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days after return inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking fees of 15–35% may apply depending on condition and item type.

Store credit is issued for eligible sale items.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refused Shipments & Incorrect Items

Refusing delivery may result in a 30–50% deduction for shipping and prep costs.

Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. We will ship a replacement and cover all return costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Guild Manor is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and ensuring signature confirmation on high-value orders.
Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
