We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50
Dispatch & Carriers
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Made to order items are dispatched within 7 business days. For large quantities or orders please contact us with any queries
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Cainiao, 4PX, LTEXP, and DHL.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

We ship from the location closest to your delivery address when available:

Shenzhen, China (primary dispatch point)
Most products are manufactured or stocked in China. Due to current tariffs and to maintain fair pricing, many items ship from our Chinese warehouse — savings we pass directly to you. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of your item’s origin.
Estimated Delivery Times
Small Lighting Items (e.g., most pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps):

Larger Lighting (e.g., pendant lights over 12 x 12 x 12 in / 30 x 30 x 30 cm):

Furniture & Made-to-Order Items:

We will always select the most efficient and cost-effective method of delivery — including air, ground, or sea freight as appropriate. Expedited options may be available upon request.
Customs & Border Delays
International shipments may experience customs clearance delays. Please allow an additional 10 business days for processing.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
We’ll communicate proactively regarding any known delays due to tariffs or international shipping conditions.
Force Majeure
In rare cases of natural disasters, global disruptions, or political events, delays may occur. We will inform you of any affected shipments promptly.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, Guild Manor is no longer liable for loss, theft, or damage. Please ensure all delivery information is correct — any re-delivery or return shipping due to address errors is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items, designed to support confident decisions without compromising our curated studio standards.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this window, returns cannot be accepted.
Lighting: Returnable if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom-finished lighting is final sale.
Furniture: Most furniture is made to order and final sale. In select cases, unopened items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Sale Items: Discounted products are eligible for store credit only.
All returned items must include original packaging, be in unused condition, and have all components included.
Important Return Conditions
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This allows us to offer free outbound shipping on original orders.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Items returned in non-original or damaged condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 35%.
Return Locations: Returns must be sent to the original warehouse or manufacturer. We'll confirm the correct address upon approval.
Shipping Deadline After Approval: Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. Late shipments are not eligible.

Customized or made-to-order furniture
Light bulbs and electrical accessories (for safety)
Used, installed, or modified items
Soft goods (pillows, throws, custom upholstery)
Final Sale, Open Box, or Resale items
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@guildmanor.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll send the appropriate return instructions.
Ship the item within 7 days using tracked and insured shipping.
Share your tracking number with us to monitor the return.
After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Returns sent without approval or outside policy will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
You must notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery — this is required by our courier partners for resolution.
Retain all original packaging for inspection.
We’ll arrange replacements or parts as appropriate. Minor aesthetic flaws (e.g., small dents or scuffs) may not qualify for return but may be resolved with parts.
If a return is requested instead of accepting a replacement, restocking fees and original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus return and restocking fees.
PayPal: 1–2 business days
Credit Card: 3–5 business days
Original shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
Exchange rate fluctuations may result in minor differences in refund amounts.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived:
Confirm processing time with your bank or payment provider.
If unresolved, contact support@guildmanor.com — we’ll follow up directly.
Refused Shipments
Refusing a delivery will result in a 30–50% deduction from your refund to cover handling, shipping, and inspection. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. For damage-related refusals, contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations: Free within 24 hours of placing your order.
Modifications: Changes to address, color, or sizing must also be made within 24 hours.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no cost
If you decline the replacement, return fees and restocking charges may apply
Product Representation
Actual colors and sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings, natural material variation, and hand-finishing processes.
