Refunds & Returns Policy and Timeframe:
At Guild Manor, we stand by the craftsmanship and curation of every piece we offer. Our return policies are designed to support confident, considered purchases while protecting the care and intention behind each item.
14-Day Return Request Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. After this window, returns cannot be accepted.
Please review the exclusions below:

Lighting: Eligible for return if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom-finished pieces are final sale.

Furniture: Most furniture is made to order and final sale. In rare cases, unopened items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery, pending approval.

Sale Items: Refunds for discounted products will be issued as store credit only.
All returned items must be unused, with original packaging and all components included.
Important Return Conditions

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This allows us to offer free outbound shipping on all original orders.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Fees may rise to 35% for returns involving opened, used, or unboxed items.

Return Locations: Returns must be shipped to the original warehouse or manufacturer. We'll confirm the correct address after approval.

Shipping Deadline After Approval: Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. Late shipments will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Light bulbs and electrical accessories (due to safety)

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@guildmanor.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If applicable, we’ll confirm eligibility and send the return address.

Ship the item using tracked and insured shipping within 7 days of approval.

Share the tracking number with our team so we can monitor progress.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Items returned without prior approval or outside of policy will not be processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. This is required by our couriers for resolution.

Retain all original packaging for inspection.

We will resolve eligible issues with replacements or parts, depending on severity.

Minor flaws (e.g., surface marks, small dents) may not qualify for return but can often be addressed with free replacement parts.
If you choose to return an item rather than accept a resolution, restocking and original shipping costs may apply.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.

Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment after dispatch will incur a 30–50% deduction from your refund to cover shipping, handling, and packaging.

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If refusal is due to damage or force majeure, contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations: Free within 24 hours of placing your order.

Modifications: Changes to address, color, or size must be made within 24 hours. Beyond this point, the order may be in processing and cannot be adjusted.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement and cover return shipping

If you decline the replacement and prefer a return, standard restocking fees apply

Please note that slight variations in color, grain, or dimensions may occur due to natural materials, screen settings, and artisanal production processes. If you’re unsure about a piece, we encourage you to reach out for guidance before ordering.
