SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Guild Manor offers convenient free worldwide shipping on all orders. We ship every order using either USPS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Cainiao, 4px, LTEXP or DHL and tracking numbers are provided for all packages once your order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your shipping address (depending on the available stock) within 24 - 72 hours, Monday - Friday. Our stocked warehouses are located in the United States, Poland and Hong Kong. Please contact us before placing your order if you have concerns regarding the shipping warehouse. During peak times (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year) there may be a short delay in processing and shipping due to the sheer number of orders being placed. We appreciate your understanding during those periods.

Expedited Shipping- 7-14 business days (Extra cost, only available on select items. Please get in touch for more information on specific products if you require expedited shipping).

CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL
Hold tight, your order may be delayed. Since we ship internationally, orders have to go through customs (hence the occasionally longer shipping times). This can sometimes mean that your order gets delayed at the border. Please give it another 10 days of leeway - if it still hasn't arrived then contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before the import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Larger items such as chandeliers, or large orders consisting of a higher quantity of a product, may take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times to be delivered.
Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.
If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for the redelivery, the return, or the destruction of the package. If the item is returned to sender, then the order falls under the returns policy.
